HBO’s 24/7 Penguins/Capitals: Road to the Winter Classic Episode 1
In case any hockey fans out there haven’t watched the first HBO Winter Classic special yet, you can watch the whole thing online over on the NHLVideo YouTube channel (and in 720p HD too).
There’s no excuses on missing this now!
Just had my mind blown away by the first part of HBO’s 24/7 Penguins/Capitals documentary. The quality and level of professionalism behind the film crew is outstanding and, particularly as a fan who is still new to the sport, found it to be highly interesting to see what goes on behind closed doors.
Even my housemates who aren’t even fans of hockey found the documentary to be entertaining so if you’re given the opportunity to watch it, I highly recommend checking it out - you’ll be guaranteed a treat.
Someone asked me about what happens during the commercial breaks over here.
ESPN UK shows some ads for upcoming ESPN content, some British and and before showcasing a bunch of random hockey facts until the CBC Sports broadcast kicks back in.
