Question regarding Scott Pilgrim for the comic and manga fans out there
Is it worth reading, especially since a movie based on the series is on its way?
Not that I want to just jump on the Scott Pilgrim bandwagon but I’ve seen a huge growing interest about this series since the announcement of the movie, although I’ve never been that big a fan of comic books (I prefer manga) and I honestly can’t remember the last comic book I read (I ironically loved Captain America till he died in vol.5 #25 and I did enjoy Marvel’s Civil War saga).
From what I’ve seen it looks quirky but would it appeal to someone like me?
