THE SHAPE OF PUNK TO COME
Considering that members of the band clearly haven’t stopped playing music, it seemed like a 50/50 shot that they would reunite at least once, but I never counted on anything. Like I said… they have the right to rule or suck… their music was never about a legacy. A band like Refused can never truly be just a museum piece.
Wow, so happy to hear this news. With the article claiming some “to-be-confirmed European summer festivals”, here’s hoping Refused make an announcement for Leeds Festival in the months to come.

Refused - Worms Of The Senses / Faculties Of The Skull
The Shape of Punk to Come is one of my absolute favourite albums of the 90s (and of all time). I’ve uploaded the first track from the album, which [in my humble opinion] happens to be one of the best opening tracks for an album out there.
An unbelievably original album for it’s time, it truly did shape the sound of 21st century punk. This truly is an under-appreciated album despite the numerous bands out there who are inspired from and have paid their homage to it.
And to think this was released over 12 years ago, it still blows my mind to this very day.
